Sharing concerns

At Little Engineers Nursery, we value open communication with parents and encourage you to share any concerns regarding your child's progress or well-being.

In the first instance, we advise parents to discuss any concerns directly with their child's key worker. In most cases, issues are successfully resolved at this level.

If further discussion is required, the Nursery Manager, Cheyenne, or the Settings Manager, Tamara, will be available to meet with parents to address individual concerns. To arrange a meeting or telephone conversation, please contact the office to schedule an appointment.

Should the matter remain unresolved, we request that parents submit their concerns in writing to the Nursery Manager, Cheyenne. If the issue persists, parents may escalate the matter by writing to the CEO of the LDBS Academy Trust, who will then review and address the complaint.

If, after these steps, the matter remains unresolved, parents have the option to contact OFSTED at 0300 123 1231.
